  2. Red bell pepper
  3. Scot bonnet

  6. Seasoning,spices, curry

    Cut the spring onions, wash and drain

  2. 2

    Heat veg oil in a pan,add pepper,onions, scot bonnet & stir fry for 2 mins then add seasoning, curry & spices.Stir altogether.

    Add a little amount of water then the spring onions. Cover and allow it for 2-3 mins. It can be served with rice, yam,sphagetti or tofu.
