Ingredients

  1. 2large onions sliced
  2. Boiled offals
  3. 2Scott bonnet (chopped)
  4. 1red bell pepper (chopped)
  5. Ginger n garlic paste
  6. 2seasoning cubes
  7. Oil
  8. 1/2 cupWater

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Put 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok pan for seconds

    Add in your ginger and garlic paste and stir for 1-2 minutes

  3. 3

    Add in your Scotch bonnet and red bell pepper and stir for 2 minutes

  4. 4

    Add in your boiled offals and allow to cook for 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Add in your sliced onions and allow to steamer for 2 minutes.

  6. 6

    Enjoy with boiled yam or white cous cous..
