Cooking Instructions

    Wash and slice ur onion, add the onion to pan,add oil and saute until soft,add ginger and garlic paste keep sauting

  2. 2

    Add grated scotch and green pepper,stir for few minutes,add curry,spieces and seasoning keep stirring until for 7_10 min,add little water

  3. 3

    Cover and let the onion cook for 5 min

  4. 4

    Eat with any desired yam,potato,pasta or rice
