Ingredients

  1. 3'onions
  2. 2 tbsptomato paste
  3. 1green pepper
  4. 1 cupgreen onion
  5. 2scotch bonnet
  6. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  7. 1 tspcurry powder
  8. Veg oil as required
  9. Salt and seasoning taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat veg oil in a pan. Cut onions wash and add to pot.

  2. 2

    Add salt and black pepper, stir fry until translucent.

  3. 3

    Add black pepper and curry powder,add is seasonings and mix well.

  4. 4

    Add the tomato paste scotch bonnet and green pepper. mix well and allow to cook.

  5. 5

    Allow to cook until almost done

  6. 6

    Add in the green onions and simmer for 5 minutes.

  7. 7

    Serve with rice,jollof etc.
