Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgbeef
  2. Groundnut cookies(kili-kuli) powder
  3. Seasoning
  4. Ginger and garlic paste
  5. Salt
  6. Onions
  7. Bayleaf
  8. Green bell pepper
  9. Scotch bonnet

Cooking Instructions

30-40mins
  1. 1

    Cut your meat to desired size and wash properly

  2. 2

    In a washed pan, put your meat,gratedscotch bonnet,onions,ginger and garlic paste,seasoning and bayleaf. Cook for 20-30 mins then check

    Cook the meat until tender

  4. 4

    Slice your onion thinly and cut the green pepper

  5. 5

    When the meat is tender make sure there is remaining little stock in the meat or you add little water to get the stock

  6. 6

    Then you put your kuli-kuli powder and stir well

  7. 7

    Put your sliced onion and green pepper and allow to simmer for 2mins

  8. 8

    Then serve with any food of your choice or drink either hot or cold drink
