Non-Oil Yogurt Apple Cake

I was given a lot of apples, so I made this original recipe.
Grease the mold with butter or line with parchment paper.
Baking time varies with the type of oven, so adjust accordingly.
Rather than right after baking, it is more moist and delicious the next day. Make sure to wrap it up or put it in a plastic bag so it doesn't dry out.
You can use cinnamon, raisins, or black tea. You could also top with walnuts.
You can use a muffin tin or any mold you want. For 15 cm [5.9 in] round bottomless mold. Recipe by nathu

Easy and Oil-Free Apple Yogurt Cake Easy and Oil-Free Apple Yogurt Cake
I had a lot of apples, so I baked this to use them up. I've made a variety of apple cake, and this is one of them. The texture is not so fluffy, but a moist and chewy cake. It's such a delicious cake that you'll crave again. The recipe is written for a 15 cm round pan or a 18 cm pound cake pan, but you can use any pan you have. It'll brown slightly on top, but that's okay.To check if it is done baking, insert a toothpick or skewer in the center. If it comes out clean, it's ready. Recipe by nokko.t cookpad.japan -
Moist! Apple & Yogurt Cake Moist! Apple & Yogurt Cake
I have a never-ending supply of apples, so I tried this variation of my other recipe, "Moist! Yogurt Cake". I wanted to make something so I could eat those delicious apples. After cracking the egg, put the bowl on a kitchen scale. Weigh in the yogurt, then stir round and round. Repeat with the sugar. If you do it like this, you can measure out the ingredients while mixing. As the apples are sweet, I reduced the sugar a bit to 65g, but you can add more sugar to taste. Moist Oil-free Yogurt Cake Moist Oil-free Yogurt Cake
I made the "Moist! Yogurt Cake"into a low-calorie version. After cracking the egg, put the bowl on a kitchen scale. Weigh in the yogurt, then stir round and round. Repeat with the sugar. If you set the switch on the scale with each addition until Step 5, you can easily add the proper amounts. The batter is a little runny, so it's probably best not to use a pan that might leak at the bottom. Recipe by chikappe cookpad.japan -
Oil-Free Blueberry Yogurt Cake Oil-Free Blueberry Yogurt Cake
I made this cake because I received a lot of fresh blueberries from my sister's family. I wanted to make a snack for my nephew (1 year old) that was healthy, did not contain any oil, and was low in sugar. I think this would be a great snack for expecting mothers as well!If using a hand mixer to mix the ingredients is troublesome you can simply mix the ingredients with a whisk etc. in the same order. After the cake cools, slice, wrap each slice in plastic wrap and store in the freezer. If the cake goes a bit stale, it is also delicious if lightly toasted. Recipe by Smuchi cookpad.japan -
Oil-Free Baked Yogurt Cake Oil-Free Baked Yogurt Cake
Try this out when you're craving cheesecake while you're on a diet!Once you have strained yogurt, all you need is to just mix the other ingredients. The key is to whip the eggs really well. Adjust the amount of sugar to taste. I think it tastes better when it's on the sweet side. Adjust the amount of lemon juice to taste. You can substitute the corn starch with cake flour. Moist Yogurt Cake Moist Yogurt Cake
While preparing for the day I would give birth, I was cleaning out the refrigerator. I always have yogurt in my refrigerator, so I wanted to figure out a way to use it up.After cracking the egg, put the bowl on a kitchen scale. Weigh the yogurt as you add it, then stir. Weight the sugar as you add it, and stir round and round. Doing it like this means that you can weigh the ingredients while mixing, and save time. Recipe by chikappe cookpad.japan -
Oil & Gluten-Free Okara Apple Cake Oil & Gluten-Free Okara Apple Cake
Recently I've been trying various easy okara cake recipes (oil-free, wheat-free and low-calorie), and I think this one is a big success. I thought it may be not sweet enough since I only used 2 tablespoons sugar. But with the natural sweetness of the apple, the cake was moderately sweet, and maybe I shouldn't say this myself, but it was delicious. Please bear in mind that the sweetness of the cake varies depending on the apple you use. So use the sweetest looking apple as possible. I don't recommend using sour type apples. You only need to whip the eggs for 1 minute, but whip them really well continuously. Be sure to use large size eggs. The end product will vary depending on the okara you use. In Step 2, add the apple first to the egg mixture, and mix. Then add the okara, and mix really well. The batter is rather thick, so be sure to put the batter into the corners at the bottom of the cake pan. The "Increased Okara Version" is moderately sweet, so adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar in the batter, or by pouring caramel sauce over the cake. Recipe by ne-ne cookpad.japan -

Yogurt Egg Cake Yogurt Egg Cake
I was wondering if I could make my own yogurt egg jelly cake, so I tried making it. The fluffy and juicy texture is the best . The taste is extremely simple lol. When I increased the amount of egg yolk and added in honey, it plumps up nicely, but overall it is better to just leave the ingredients for the yogurt egg jelly as-is . I rewrote the recipe because I learned that it might swell up and then shrivel too much in December 2008, so I added memos in the steps.*12.2008* I received a tip that this will swell up and then shrivel. I bought a hand mixer, and understood the reason when I tried using it. It seems that overwhipping the eggs seems to be the source of the problem. After adding in the skim milk in Step 2, using a hand mixer to whip it even at a low speed will overwhip it and make the meringue hard. For those of you using a hand mixer, please use an egg beater in Step 2 without using the hand mixer and please just lightly mix it. For 12 cm [4.7 in]x15cm paper carton or newspaper (half the size) mold 12 cm in diameter. Recipe by twin-twin cookpad.japan -
Blueberry Yogurt Cake Blueberry Yogurt Cake
I wanted to try making a healthy cake with blueberries paired with yogurt. When draining the yogurt, leave it to drain overnight in the refrigerator on top of a paper-towel lined sieve (make sure to periodically discard the water). When chilling, only remove the cake from the tin when fully set. When it is fully set, it should come out easily. Recipe by KaoRi cookpad.japan
