    Peel the yam,wash,add salt and boil. Cut the yam into desired shapes and sizes

    Break eggs beat add diced onions and seasoning cube

  3. 3

    Pour your vegetable oil into your frying pan and add some diced onion till the oil is hot

  4. 4

    Dip the yam in eggs and fry till golden brown when done serve
