  5. 1 3/4 cupscake flour (about 220 grams)
  6. 1/2 teaspoonsalt (about 2 grams)
  7. 1/3 cupcocoa powder (about 40 grams)
  8. 1/2-1 cupalmond slices (about 50-100 grams)

    Soften the butter at room temperature, then beat with a mixer and add sugar. Continue beating until the butter is fluffy and increases in volume. Add salt, then gradually add the egg, mixing until the butter absorbs it.
