Lightly spread butter on the outside of both bread slices.

Spread honey on the other side of one slice.

Spread the Dijon on one side of the other slice.

Place both cheese chunks/slices on the Dijon. (Dijon facing up)

Place the slice of bread with honey on it, on top of the cheese (honey facing down twords the cheese)

Cook on a hot pan on medium heat. Cooking each side for exactly 3 minutes.
