Curry Soup with Shredded Chicken Curry Soup with Shredded Chicken
I love curry. Sometimes I make curry soup to eat up lots of vegetables! This curry soup has a tasty broth and bone-in chicken thigh simmered until fork-tender. It's a simple recipe that uses curry powder.Rinse the chicken well and season with a generous amount with salt and pepper so it won't taste plain. Although it depends on your brand of curry powder, this amount should be just enough to make it spicy. If you like it less spicy, adjust to about 1 to 2 teaspoons. You can add other spices to make your own variation. For 2-3 serving. Recipe by Toiroiro cookpad.japan -
Easy & Authentic Naan Bread Easy & Authentic Naan Bread
I wanted to make freshly cooked naan at home, so I cam up with this recipe. Please be sure to bake the naan on the at a high temperature. It will be nicely browned, as delicious as authentic Indian naan is. For the all purpose flour, use Lys d'Or or a flour that is specifically meant for French-style bread. If you can't get all purpose flour, use half each of cake and bread flours.I added baking powder to the recipe to improve it. If you don't have any though, you can just omit it. Curry Soup Curry Soup
I created this healthy dish without using ready-made curry roux.Add your choice of chicken, meat and veggies! If you coat the chicken and vegetables in curry powder before sautéing, it will make the soup more aromatic. The trick is to sauté the ketchup well in Step 2, and mix the spices well, as if creating a paste. I've uploaded a recipe for keema curry to COOKPAD. I've always bought naan bread from a store to eat with keema curry, but recently, I wanted to try making my own naan. So, I adapted a pizza crust recipe I use often (I'll upload the recipe soon) to make this. This matches perfectly with, Keema Curry. If you make the curry while the naan bread dough is rising, it's efficient. If you wrap up the naan in plastic wrap and microwave it for 20 seconds to warm it up, it will be puffy and delicious. I think it's pretty close to the version they serve at a restaurant in Sapporo that I love.If you don't like spicy food, this might be too much for you. It's too spicy for small children. You can use whatever added ingredients you like. I recommend things like daikon radish, lamb, bacon and cabbage. For 2 servings. Delicious Naan Bread Delicious Naan Bread
Naan made only with bread flour tends to be tough, and only with cake flour only is not chewy enough, so I wanted to make a personalized version. This is the absolutely best naan I've ever made! Eat with keema curry. If the dough sticks to your hands, dust with a little bread flour when forming the dough. When putting the dough in the frying pan, roll it out a bit while cooking. If you use a generous amount of olive oil, the naan will stay tender and delicious even after time!
