Ingredients

30mins
  1. Hot water (controlled)
  2. 1 kgPalm Fruits
  3. 150 gBlended Habanero Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Wash Palm Fruits 5-6times with water, scrubbing in-between palms to get rid of sand

  2. 2

    Now,add to a pot,cook with 1kg water till soft

  3. 3

    Drain,put in a mortar and use pestle to start pounding immediately to get the paste till it looks like this,nite:don't pound hard so you don't break the nuts

    Pour hot water into it to cover it a lil above,stir with a spoon,strain into a pot with sieve of tiny holes

  5. 5

    Repeat process but with less water so that your paste will not be too watery

  6. 6

    Set pot on fire,add blended pepper,cook for 15mns till thick on med /high heat,make sure pot is big so that it will not spill

  7. 7

    Use to make your Banga soup or stew
