Super Simple Valentine's Chocolates

Bring a smile to your significant other's face with these simple and economical chocolates!
Dome-shaped round marshmallows are cute and give off the elegance of truffles! Even if you've never made cake before, you'll be able to make these. I made it, so that's proof. With 100 g of chocolate and 1 bag of dragées, you should be able to make 60 marshmallows' (4 bags') worth. For 30 servings. Recipe by Inakoji
Cooking Instructions
- 1
I used marshmallows I bought at the dollar shop. I chose the dome-shaped rounded ones.
- 2
Melt the chocolate in hot water.
- 3
Put the melted chocolate in a bowl and also submerge in hot water. Cover the top 2/3rds of the marshmallow with chocolate.
- 4
While the chocolate is still soft, top 15 of them with the decorative dragées topping.
- 5
Use a tea strainer to top the remaining 15 with cocoa powder.
- 6
Once the chocolate hardens, place the truffles in the wrapping and they're complete. Looks very high-class.

Super Easy Truffles with Milk For Valentine's Day Super Easy Truffles with Milk For Valentine's Day
I wanted to make simple and yummy truffles. I thought up the recipe and the wrapping. You can also use it for companion chocolates. The point is not to add too much milk. If you add too much, they won't harden and will be too soft, so be careful and pay attention to the thickness. If you do make the mistake of adding too much milk, pour it into a metal tray and cool it in the refrigerator. They won't be truffles, but they'll be like delicious ganache chocolates instead. For about 15 truffles. Recipe by Koibumi cookpad.japan -
Easy Chocolate Truffles for Valentine's Day Easy Chocolate Truffles for Valentine's Day
I have been making these truffles for a while now.-This is a simplified recipe to coat cocoa powder directly onto the truffles, but you can actually create a layer of chocolate by thinly coating the truffles with melted chocolate before coating with the cocoa powder.-Coat the truffles again to make it more authentic.Step 1: Plastic wrap may be used as a substitute of the parchment paper.Step 1: You can also use bitter chocolate. Reduce the amount of heavy cream when using milk chocolate. Please adjust the amount of brandy to your taste.-Don't worry about adding mizuame if not available.-Makes about 10 truffles with 3 bars of chocolate. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221 cookpad.japan -

You can also substitute the rasberries with freeze-dried strawberries. When shaping the chocolate, it's easy to use two spoons in both hands. For 15-20 chocolate, 2.5 cm [1.0 in] in diameter.
