Confit-Style Grilled Chicken Cooking with a Rice Cooker on Low Heat Confit-Style Grilled Chicken Cooking with a Rice Cooker on Low Heat
Confit dishes require slow-cooking over a long period of time in oil at a low temperature. This makes the meat tender and makes it easier to preserve.
