Faux Meatballs?! with Thinly Sliced Pork

I love "Non-fried ! Sweet-and-sour pork using thinly sliced meat"by user Akitomama.
I was impressed by her way of prepping the meat for the sweet-and-sour pork.
Prepping the pork makes the inside very juicy!
It is also delicious even cold so I think it is also good for bento too. For 14 pieces. Recipe by Toromamachan

Cooking Instructions
- 1
The meat I used.
- 2
Dust the meat with the ★ sugar and sake. Leave to rest for a while, then sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of katakuriko. Form into small meatballs.
- 3
Put all the ingredients except the katakuriko in a pot and mix well. Add the katakuriko and dissolve. Heat over medium until thickened.
- 4
Pour 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and roll the meat while stir frying for 5 minutes on medium to high heat. Then turn off the heat and let cook through in residual heat.
- 5
Coat well with the sauce and it's done!
- 6
If you want to check if it's cooked through, break one piece to taste and check. The meat is sliced thinly, so it should be cooked through.
- 7
You can make this in just 10 minutes.
- 8
The process will go smoothly if you make the sauce while you season the meat at Step 2.
- 9
The meat will not fall apart even if you shake it because it is coated with katakuriko. Cooking the meat will make it shrink a little bit so keep that in mind for the size.
- 10
Arrangement with cheese inside I wrapped 1/4 of sliced cheese (non-melting type) in the meat.
- 11
↑ I broke one with chopsticks The cheese is melted and rich.
- 12
The picks I used are called, PICK BUS You can store them lined up all nice and neatly.

Delicious Deep Fried Pork Meatballs Delicious Deep Fried Pork Meatballs
I made fried meatballs using ground pork. I used less breadcrumbs than I use when making hamburgers. They're delicious so I uploaded the recipe.By adding a small amount of ketchup and katakuriko to the ground meat, the meatballs become soft and delicious.Season the meat mixture well with salt and pepper. You can coat the meatballs without using flour or egg.If you wipe out the container you used to mix the ground meat before adding breadcrumbs to it to coat the meatballs, you can reduce the number of things to wash up. For about 30 meatballs. Recipe by Nanohana uchan cookpad.japan -
