Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2 bagBean sprouts
  2. 6 tbspMayonnaise
  3. 2 tspCurry powder
  4. 1 tspSoy sauce
  5. 1Parsley
  6. 1 tspOlive oil (or vegetable oil)

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse the bean sprouts, drain and pat dry with paper towels. Oil a heatproof container lightly with olive oil, and put in the bean sprouts.

    Mix the ☆ ingredients together.

  3. 3

    Cover with aluminium foil, and steam-bake in a toaster oven for 5 minutes.

    Take the dish from Step 3 out of the toaster oven. Take the foil off and cover evenly with the sauce from Step 2.

    Bake in the toaster oven for 5 minutes until golden brown. Top with some chopped parsley to taste.

    Arikan-san put it in a bread roll - it looks great.
