Ingredients

  1. 4 cupssemolina (ladoo special)
  2. 2 and 1/2 cups sugar
  3. 1 tspoon cardamom powder
  4. 4 tbspoon chopped dry fruits
  5. 2 tbspoon raisins
  6. 1 cupdesi ghee

    Heat thick bottom kadhai. Add 2 tbspoon desi ghee. Once hot add semolina to it. This semolina is specially used for laddoo. Roast it on medium heat.

    Roast it till it becomes golden brown. Don't put all ghee at one time, gradually add it. Once semolina becomes golden brown keep aside.

    Now take sugar in thick bottom pan add water to sugar. 1 cup water is enough. allow sugar to dissolve completely. Cook it till one string consistency.

    Now add chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder to it. Mix well
    Add semolina to it. Rest it for an hour. Now put some ghee on your palm and bind ladoo. Put raisin on the top.

    Now rava Ladoo is ready to serve.
