  2. 2carrots
  3. 1potato
  4. 1-2 stalksgreen onions and celery
  5. 6 1/3 cupswater (1500 ml)
  6. 1/2 teaspoonground pepper
  7. 1/2 teaspoonground nutmeg
  8. Salt, beef broth seasoning
  9. Stir-fry seasoning
  10. 1/2onion
  11. 3 clovesgarlic, crushed
  12. Topping
  13. Fried shallots, to taste

    Cut the cauliflower into pieces and soak in salt water to remove any hidden insects. Prepare the other ingredients as well.

    Boil the water. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the onion and continue to sauté until aromatic.

    Pour into the boiling water. Add the potatoes and carrots, then season with pepper, nutmeg, salt, and beef broth seasoning. Cook until the vegetables are tender. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Once the carrots and potatoes are soft, add the cauliflower and green onions with celery.
