Called it the sink soup because so many ingredients. This makes about 3-4gallons according to size of vegetables, and how much liquid you add. The orzo with increase 10× in size, at least.

Ingredients

  1. Spices
  2. To taste salt
  3. 1 teaspoonground white pepper
  4. 1 teaspoonground allspice
  5. 2 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  6. 1 teaspoonground coriander powder
  7. Meat
  8. 3 poundsground beef
  9. 1/2a rotisserie chicken lemon -garlic flavoured
  10. 20 ouncessmoked skinless beef sausage
  11. 12 ouncesfinely sliced ribeye steak
  12. 2 poundsbeef meatballs
  13. Vegetables
  14. 1 cupchopped celery
  15. 1large yellow onion
  16. 1 cupgreen bell pepper
  17. 1/2 cupgreen onions
  18. 1/2 cuphatch peppers
  19. 10 ouncescauliflower
  20. 10 ouncesmixed vegetables
  21. 2 poundsequal amounts yellow and red baby potatoes
  22. 24 ouncesfrozen creamed corn
  23. 32 ouncestomato juice
  24. Pasta
  25. 1 cupuncooked orzo
  26. Liquids
  27. 1-1/2 pintsbeef broth more if to dry
  28. Topping
  29. Shredded parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Brown the ground beef add in the green onion, onions, peppers, and celery. When browned add washed potatoes. Brown all sides of the meatballs. I used some I had made and had in the freezer. You can make them yourself or used store bought.

    Add in the vegetables except the creamed corn and tomato juice. Chop the smoked sausage. Add and stir well.

    Take half the rotisserie chicken and shred it. Been awhile since I did a wishbone.

    Someone won it!!! Measure the orzo and add it in incorporate it well.

    Separate the ribeye steak slices, and add those in. Now add in the tomato juice.

    Now add the cream corn. Stir it. Bring to a boil.

    Add beef broth and meatballs, bring it to a boil 10 minutes stirring constantly. Let rest covered for 20 minutes. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
