Ingredients

  1. 100 gcut carrot
  2. 100 ggreen chilli
  3. As required salt
  4. 3 tbspmustard
  5. 1/2 tspsplit fenugreek seeds
  6. 1 tspfennel seeds
  7. 1/2hing
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. As required lemon juice
  10. 1 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly arrange all ingredients as shown in pics. In a vessel take carrots and chilli sliced in a chips form.

    Then add in the split mustard seeds and split fenugreek seeds then add fennel seeds and salt and asafoetida. Turmeric powder. Lemon juice and oil and mix it well.

    Now your pickle is ready.
