Ingredients

  1. 500 gDiced Tomatoes
  2. 2-3 tbsDiced Scotch Bonnet
  3. 70 gCarrot paste
  4. 1 tspOnga Classic Seasoning Powder
  5. 1 tspCurry Powder
  6. Cooked Meat
  7. Sunflower oil 1cksp
  8. 5 tbsDiced Onions
  9. 50 gTomato puree
  10. Diced Green Capsicum
  11. Salt lil

Cooking Instructions

    Dilute tomato puree with lil water,set aside

  2. 2

    Next,add oil to a pot on med heat,add onions and scotch bonnet when hot,stir fry for 10secs,add tomato puree,cooked meat and carrot paste,stir fry for 10secs,add diced tomatoes and remaining ingredients,reduce flame

    Now, taste to adjust with lil salt or any ingredient

    After 2mins of stirfrying,add green capsicum, stirfry for 1min,remove from heat

  5. 5

    Plate and enjoy with carb of Choice,ate mine with boiled yam
