  1. 500 gidli batter (3 parts)
  2. 1/4 small tsp orange food color
  3. 1/4 small tsp green food color
  4. As required salt
  5. 3/4 tspEno

    Take all idli batter and make ready by adding salt eno and color and keep aside.

    Take a idli steamer add water as required and keep on flame for boil it in idlisteamer add all 3 types batter and cook for 15 minutes and switch off the flame let it cool down.

    Now your delicious South Indian Tri colour idli sambhar with chutney is ready to serve.
