Ingredients

25 minutes
2 person
  1. 1 cupthick rava
  2. 1/2 cupbuttermilk
  3. 1/2 inchginger
  4. 2finely chopped green chillies
  5. 2 spooncruched peanuts
  6. 2 tbspsoaked chaana daal
  7. 2 tbspsoaked urad daal
  8. as per tasteSalt
  9. 1/2 tbspbaking soda

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add rava, ginger and green chillies in bowl.

  2. 2

    Add soaked chana urad daal then curry leaves and crushed peanuts in it.

  3. 3

    Then mix it well with buttermilk and add taste as per taste and add baking soda for fluffiness. Steam it and serve it with green chutney.
