Chili paneer
No fry chili paneer.
Steps

Cube the paneer. Add 1/4 cup soya sauce, 2 tablespoon garlic ginger paste, pinch of salt, toss and keep for an hour or so

Optional step: saute paneer cubes in oiled wide pan im medium to make it chewey golden on all sides. Or put it air fryer for some time

Cut all vegetables in bigger pieces, big enough to be used by folk. Keep cabbage and green onion separate to be added at the end. All veggies are optional, add what you have

Take a deep wide pot. Add 2 tablespoon oil. Asian food must be cooked on high flame but be careful as hot oil sometimes catches the flame. Saute chopped vegetables quickly, add ginger garlic paste. Idea is to let the veggies be a bit crunchy so quickly saute it only for 2 to 4 minutes

Add 2 tablespoon of Soya sauce. Add optional sauces. Add optional green chili or ground black pepper. Add salt, sugar or honey after tasting it. Add lemon juice or vinegar optionally to add tangy flavor after tasking the sauce

Add paneer and saute it. Add a bit of water to make it all coat together

Optional step: mix 1 tableapoon of corn flour in cup of cold
Water, add to chili paneer and saute it until it becomes thick, possibly 5 to 10 minutes - 8
Add cabbage and green onion at the end, add optional cilantro

Serve with white rice or maggi
