This has always been my favorite way to use ripe bananas. You can also freeze ripe bananas and use for this recipe at a later time. Yummy.

This has always been my favorite way to use ripe bananas. You can also freeze ripe bananas and use for this recipe at a later time. Yummy.
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

In mixing bowl add bananas. Mash until fluffy

Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well with bananas.

Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.

Add nuts. Optional: leave nuts out if desired.

Spray loaf pan with cooking spray. Pour mixture into loaf pan.

Bake at 375 for 1 hour. Stick toothpick in middle to make sure it comes out clean and done.

Remove from loaf pan. Slice and Serve warm. Can have melted butter over each slice if you dare. Enjoy.

First Attempt: Went well. I will probably add more vanilla and butter to the next batch.Second Attempt: Better. Added extra vanilla and butter. Decided to try brown sugar and liked the results.Third Attempt: Reduced oil and added sour cream for moisture. Great results! Cooked these for 30 minutes in muffin pans. Jarrod Milstead -
