Ingredients

  1. 1 cupyellow moong dal
  2. 1/4 cupchana dal (optional)
  3. 1green chilli
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 tspjeera
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tspdhaniya jeera powder
  8. Pinchturmeric
  9. Pinchgaram masala
  10. 1/4 cupfinely chopped onion
  11. 1/4 cupchopped coriander

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a mixing jar and add moong dal and chana dal green chilli and salt and blend the mixture

  2. 2

    Now add jeera and all spices in it

  3. 3

    Now add chopped coriander and onion in it and mix well

  4. 4

    Now deep fry the vadas in medium hot flame

  5. 5

    Serve hot and enjoy!
