Easy quick fritters made out of yellow moong dal lentil with some spices and herbs..ideal tea time snack
Cooking Instructions

Firstly rinse moong dal thoroughly and soak it for an hour, drained the water blend it coarsely in a blender, take it out in a mixing bowl.

Add chopped onions, green chili, coriander leaves, cumin powder, chili powder, chopped ginger, garam masala, rice flour, and salt, give everything a good mix.

Drop small portions in hot oil and deep fry them till golden brown.Serve with green chutney.
