Diet Coffee with Agar and Chili

Cooking Instructions

In a large cup, mix 1/2 cup hot water (100 ml) with agar powder, then microwave for 1 to 1.5 minutes.

After mixing well, add the remaining hot water, instant coffee, and chili pepper, then microwave again for 1 minute.

Add milk or sugar to taste.

There are various types of red chili peppers, from very spicy to mild. Adjust to your preference. Even if the first sip seems lacking, leaving it to steep can enhance the effect, or microwaving again can intensify the flavor. I reuse the chili several times a day (haha).

This is homemade. The part with seeds is very spicy!
