Ingredients

Serves 1 serving
  1. 100 gramsthinly sliced pork
  2. 1/4onion
  3. 1/3 cupdashi stock (about 80 ml)
  4. 1 tablespoonnoodle soup base
  5. 1 teaspoonsoy sauce
  6. 1 tablespoonsake
  7. 1 teaspoonmirin
  8. 1 bowlcooked rice

Cooking Instructions

    Sauté the onion in a frying pan until it softens, then add the thinly sliced pork and continue to sauté.

    Add the dashi stock, noodle soup base, soy sauce, sake, and mirin. Simmer for about 10 minutes, then serve over a bowl of rice.
