Slice the onion. In a pot, combine noodle sauce, water, sugar, and onion, then simmer.

Fry the pork cutlets in oil at 340-355°F for about 6 minutes until golden brown, then cut into pieces.

Once the onion is tender, add the pork cutlets and bring to a boil. Pour in the beaten eggs and cook until slightly set, then it's done!
