Achieved 8,000 reviews☆ This sweet sauce clings to the pork and eggs, giving it a restaurant-quality taste! There's a trick to the flavor☆ It's healthy with the addition of crunchy komatsuna♬
The origin of this recipe
I adapted the taste of a pork and egg stir-fry from a restaurant I frequented during my student days for home cooking. Instead of deep-frying, I use the microwave.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut the komatsuna and pork into bite-sized pieces. Beat the eggs.
- 2
(Tip)
Microwave the komatsuna for about 1 minute and 15 seconds (600W). This has the same effect as deep-frying, preventing it from becoming soggy. - 3
(Tip)
Mix the ◎sauce ingredients, including the cornstarch. This helps the sauce cling to the ingredients without becoming soggy. - 4
Heat sesame oil in a pan, scramble the eggs, and set them aside on a plate.
- 5
Next, wipe the pan, add more sesame oil, and stir-fry the pork. Once cooked, add the microwaved komatsuna and the eggs from step 4, and stir-fry further.
- 6
Once the ingredients are cooked through, pour in the ◎sauce and mix well. Be careful as the cornstarch can cause it to burn easily☆
- 7
It's ready to serve!
