Quinoa, cucumber salad with curd

A healthy and delightful salad contains a lots of nutritious value. I m adding carrot and tomato with cucumber to make it colorful and also include more vitamins in this recipe.
Cooking Instructions

First we take quinoa in a bowl and rinse it with water 3-4 times then keep aside.
In a kadhai or pan take 1cup water and let it boil. When water is starting boil add quinoa and stir well and cook it for 2 minutes on high flame. - 2
When it started boiling turn the flame slow.cover and cook the quinoa for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile it cook cut the onion, cucumber,carrot and tomato in thin slices.
Now open the lid the quinoa has perfectly cooked.turn off the flame.keep aside.
In a mixing bowl add curd and whisk it. - 4
Now add the chopped veggies, then add cooked quinoa, mix it well gently. Add pepper powder,chat masala,oregano and salt.

Mix all together very well and transfer in a serving boil. The nutritious quino salad is ready to eat.
