Ingredients

  1. 4 tspcondensed milk
  2. 4 cupmilk
  3. 3 tbsppistachios paste
  4. 3 tbspalmond paste
  5. 3 tbspsaffron paste
  6. 3 tbsprose syrup
  7. 12-15black coffee ice cubes
  8. For saffron paste
  9. 15 strandssaffron
  10. 1/2 cupcream
  11. 1/2 cupwater
  12. For pistachio paste
  13. 15pistachios
  14. 4 tbspmilk
  15. For almond paste
  16. 15almonds
  17. 4 tbspmilk
  18. For coffee ice cubes
  19. 1 cuphot water
  20. 4 tbspcoffee granules

    To make the flavour infused iced latte first we have to prepare the paste of flavours. You can find rose syrup easily in the market. For pistachio paste soak the pistachios in water peel it and grind it with milk to make a smooth paste. Like so do with almond and make a smooth paste. You can also grind it without soaking all you have to do is grind the pistachios or almonds to a course powder then add milk and make a fine paste out of it. Grind both separately.

    For the saffron paste take a pan add saffron strands to it and dry roast it for 30 seconds then add cream and water to it. Mix it and cook it on high flame until it forms a paste like texture. It takes 4-5 minutes to turn into a paste. Allow it to cool down then use it. For the coffee ice cubes take a bowl add 4 tbsp coffee granules to it then add 1 cup of hot water and mix it until the coffee dissolves completely. Once dissolved then pour it into the ice cube tray and put it in the freezer.

    It will take 2 hours to set and form in coffee ice cubes. Now everything is ready let's start preparing the base of the flavours. Starting first with pistachio base for that in a blender jar add 3 tbsp pistachio paste followed by 1 tsp condensed milk and a cup of cold milk. Blend it and pistachio base is ready. Like so we will make the almond base. For that add 3 tbsp cashew paste with 1 tsp condensed milk and 1 cup cold milk blend it well and almond base is ready.

    For the saffron base add 2 tbsp saffron paste to a blender jar along with 1 tsp condensed milk and 1 cup milk blend them very well and it's ready. For the rose latte base add 3 tbsp rose syrup to a blender jar with half tsp condensed milk and 1 cup cold milk and blend them well and rose base is ready. Now to serve them take 4 serving glasses add coffee ice cubes to it atleast 3-4 cubes to each glass. Then pour the baseto each glass. If you want more chilled then add some more ice cubes to it.

    And all the four flavours of iced latte is ready to be served. Serve it chilled. Do make it once and enjoy it with your loved ones.
