Ingredients

  1. 4 lbslobster
  2. 2large ginger (thinly sliced)
  3. 2 bundlegreen onion ( cut 1 inch length
  4. 6 clovesgarlic (roughly chopped)
  5. 1large shallot (diced)
  6. 1 cupwater for cooking
  7. 1 cupwater and 2 tablespoons cornstarch for slurry
  8. Seasoning sauce for stir-fry:
  9. 1 tbspsesame seed oil
  10. 2 tbspoyster sauce
  11. 1/2 tbspsugar
  12. 2 tspfish sauce
  13. 1/2 tspMSG (optional)
  14. 1 tspblack pepper

    Stovetop: add 1/4 of cooking oil into the skillet add ginger cook for a few minutes remove from the pan.

    In the same skillet add a little more cooking oil add garlic, shallot cook until nice and fragrant add lobster. Toss a few times add 1 cup water cover cook at medium heat cook and toss a few times to evenly distribute.

    Add seasoning sauce,green onion, ginger and cornstarch slurry. Adjust to your liking.
