Ingredients

  1. 1/2 PackOrganic Firm Tofu (7 oz)
  2. 1Tomato
  3. 1Small Onion
  4. 2 tbspScallions
  5. 1 tbspCilantro, Chopped
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. 1/2 tspBlack Pepper
  8. 1 tbspChilli Oil
  9. 32 ozChicken Stock, Beef Stock, or Vegetable Stock

Cooking Instructions

    Prep: Chop the onion and tomato. Cut the tofu into small cubes.

    Combine: Put the onions, tomatoes, and tofu in a pot.

    Season: Add salt, black pepper, and your choice of chicken, beef, or vegetable stock.

    Cook: Sprinkle scallions on top and boil over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
