Ingredients

  1. 250 mlOat
  2. 250 mlCoca powder
  3. 1 pinchRosemary(optional)
  4. Sunflower seed
  5. Flaxseed
  6. 125 mlCoconut chips
  7. 1 tspLow fat butter
  8. 1 tspWhite vinegar
  9. 1 tspCoconut oil
  10. 125 mlPeanut butter
  11. 1/2 tspBaking soda
  12. 1 pinchsalt
  13. 1 pinchcinnamon powder
  14. 1 pinchTumeric
  15. Chia seeds (not included in my own)
  16. Vanilla flavor
  17. 125 mlwater
  18. You can add any natural sweetener but in small quantity,I didn't add any to mine

Cooking Instructions

    Add all the ingredients in a bowl

    Add water and stir

  3. 3

    Add peanut butter and add low fat butter

  4. 4

    Stir and add coconut oil

  5. 5

    Add your seeds and nuts

  6. 6

    Bake in the oven for 10 minutes
