  1. 220 gunsalted butter
  2. 10 mlVanilla flavour
  3. 100 gsugar
  4. 55 gegg
  5. 2Divide the dough into
  6. 100 gflour +10g cornstarch for the plain cookies
  7. 60 gflour + 40g coca powder +10g cornstarch for the dark cookie

Cooking Instructions

    Beat sugar+butter in mixer until white And fluffy

    Then you add the egg +flavour and beat until smooth

    Divide dough into 2 equal half
    Gently fold 100g flour + 10g cornstarch for the plain
    And add 60g flour + 40g cocoa powder + 10g cornstarch for the dark cookie

    Transfer the dough into piping bag attached with your 1m nozzle

  5. 5

    Line your baking pan with parchment paper
    Pipe the cookies dough on the parchment paper

  6. 6

    Bake for 15-20min on low heat
