Cooking Instructions

Get your chopping board and your knife. Then shredded your cook beef, tomatoes, green pepper, onions and chopped your pepper 🌶

Then add your maggi, curry, Thyme, Sesame oil, soy sauce, tomatoes, green pepper, onion and chopped pepper

Mix flour, salt, butter in a bowl. Add water and mix until the dough comes together

Form into a ball, wrap and chill for 5mins

Preheat oven to 400 °F [200°C]

Roll out the Pastry on a floured surface into a rectangle
- 7
Cut into long strips about 4-5 inches wide, place a filling down the center of each strip

Fold the Pastry over the filling and seal the edge by pressing with a fork
- 9
Then cut into wallet shape of your choice

Place your wallet pie on parchment

Brush with beaten egg
- 12
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and cooked through

Let cool slightly before serving

Enjoy with cold Pepsi or tea

Some recipes I seen calls to bake the biscuits on top of the filling in the oven, but honestly the bottom of the biscuits are like dough, it’s why I cook them separate .
