Ingredients

5 minutes
2 bowl
  1. 11/2 cupregular poha soaked
  2. 1/2lemon juice
  3. 1small tomato pieces
  4. 1small onion Chopped
  5. 2 tablespoonchopped coriander
  6. 2 tablespoonfried peanuts
  7. 4 tablespoonpomegranate seeds
  8. 4 tablespoonnamkeen or sev
  9. 2 tablespoonfresh grated coconut
  10. 1/2 tablespoonsalt
  11. 1 tablespoonsugar
  12. For tadka
  13. 6-7curry leaves
  14. 1/4 teaspoonmustard seeds
  15. 1/4 teaspooncumin seeds
  16. 1 pinchasefoieda
  17. 1 tablespoonoil or ghee
  18. 2green chilli

Cooking Instructions

    First of all take poha clean it then wash thoroughly so it become soft.now add chopped onion, tomato and coriander leaves in it.then add lemon juice, salt and sugar now mix it well.

    Now prepare tadka for this take small pan and add oil in it.then add asefoieda, curry leaves, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and green chilli in it and make a tadka.now switch off the flame and add this tadka in poha mixture again add remaining pomegranate seeds, peanuts and now mix it well.

    While serving add sev or namkeen at the top.your dadpe pohe is ready.
