  • 2 cupsfresh yogurt
  • 1apple, chopped into small pieces
  • 1cucumber, chopped into small pieces
  • 1/4 cuppomegranate seeds
  • 2 tablespoonspeanuts (fried in ghee)
  • 2 tablespoonssugar or as needed
  • 1/2 teaspoonroasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonrock salt
  • 1 tablespooncilantro, finely chopped

Steps

    Mix sugar into the yogurt and whisk well.

    Add the chopped cucumber, apple, and pomegranate seeds, and mix in the fried peanuts. Set aside some peanuts, pomegranate seeds, and chopped fruits. Add roasted cumin powder and rock salt, and mix everything well.

    Garnish with the remaining fruits and cilantro. Serve the Falahari Fruit Raita chilled or as is with falahari.
