Ingredients

  1. 1squid (gutted, cleaned, cut into bite sized and boiled)
  2. 1onion (sliced thinly)
  3. 1/3carrot (shredded)
  4. Dressing (mix in advance):
  5. 1 1/2 Tbspwhole-grain mustard
  6. 3 Tbspvinegar
  7. 1 tspsake
  8. 1 Tbspsugar
  9. 1 pinchsalt
  10. 1/2 Tbsp eacholive oil, vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Soak onion in cold water for 5 minutes. Drain and squeeze well. Sprinkle salt on shredded carrot and leave, squeeze the moisture out well.

    Combine squid, onion, carrot in a bowl. Just before serving, pour the dressing over it and toss.
