Ewedu soup and goat meat pepper soup

Ingredients

  1. Ewedu leaf little quantity
  2. as neededWater as much
  3. Goat meat raw
  4. as neededMaggi as much
  5. Salt a pinch for taste
  6. Ginger and garlic powder for taste
  7. as neededPepper as much
  8. 1/2Onion bulb

Cooking Instructions

    Cut ewedu leaf ant steam for about 10 minutes with a little pinch of salt in it.

    Put steamed ewedu in blender and blend to smaller pieces, then steam again for 2 minutes. Ewedu soup is ready.

    Wash goat meat and steam for 45 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add ground pepper, ginger and garlic powder, maggi and pinch if salt to taste and steam for another 30 minutes.

    Goat pepper soup is ready.

  6. 6

    Wen eating, take little ewedu soup and add goat meat with pepper soup water and mix, then eat with any swallow food of choice.
