Toffee Pecan protein krispie bar

I recently purchased a canister of protein puffs. I am a big fan of protein bars. Making your own protein bars can be tricky. I like to use IMO pre_biotic fiber it holds the bars together nice adds fiber to your diet and doesn't lend much to the calorie count. I purchased the puffs from amazon they are made by promix nutrition, IMO comes in powder or syrup form, I also used an unflavored protein powder from Genepro. I would also recommend a silicone bar mold. I made 3 small bars

- 5
Add in 3 scoops of protein puffs. I sprayed my spoon as things were getting sticky
- 6
Add in your toffee and Pecan bits. Combine it all
- 7
Pack firmly into silicone bar molds spray your hands to pack it down or it will stick to your hands

I let these set up on the counter for 30 minutes, they came out of the molds without sticking or loss of product
