Cooking Instructions

Cut jalapeno peppers in half, deseed. Set aside.

Mix softened cream cheese, salsa, and mozzarella cheese in a bowl until smooth.

Scoop cheese mix evenly into the emptied jalapeno pepper shells.

In two separate bowls, first dip the peppers in the milk. Then in the breadcrumbs. Repeat this until all the breadcrumbs are gone or until your satisfied with the coverage. More is way better!

In pan on medium to high heat fill with enough oil to cover the peppers. Slowly and carefully drop the poppers in the heat oil. Fry until crispy.
