A great accompaniment for seafood or a sweet counterpoint to spicy dishes.
Cooking Instructions

Put oil in saucepan over medium heat.

Sweat onion in oil with salt and pepper until translucent.

Add garlic, cook for another 1 minute.
- 4
Add marmalade, and return to a boil.
- 5
Remove from heat, and stir in cilantro.
- 6
Cool, store covered under refrigeration.
