Ingredients

  1. 1 eachMango, small dice
  2. 1/2 eachOnion, small dice
  3. 2 cloveGarlic, minced
  4. 1/2 cupOrange Marmalade
  5. 1/4 cupCilantro, chopped
  6. 1Salt & Pepper to taste
  7. 1 tspOlive Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put oil in saucepan over medium heat.

  2. 2

    Sweat onion in oil with salt and pepper until translucent.

  3. 3

    Add garlic, cook for another 1 minute.

  4. 4

    Add marmalade, and return to a boil.

  5. 5

    Remove from heat, and stir in cilantro.

  6. 6

    Cool, store covered under refrigeration.
