Ingredients

  1. 2 lbchicken tenderloins
  2. 1 cupcornstarch
  3. 1/2 cupflour
  4. 3 tbspbrown sugar
  5. 2 tsplemon juice
  6. 2 cupsweet chilli sauce
  7. 3 cupcooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    cut chicken into 1 inch chunks

  2. 2

    mix flour and cornstarch together then coat chicken in mixture

  3. 3

    put cooking oil in pan of choice and heat to 375º

  4. 4

    deep fry chicken for 3-5 minutes or until golden (be sure not to overcook)

  5. 5

    place cooked chicken on papertowel.

    in a medium skillet combine sweet chilli sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice over medium heat til its bubbly then add cooked chicken and toss to coat

  7. 7

    serve over white, brown or jasmine rice
