Serrano Chili Salsa

Ingredients

  1. salsa
  2. 2serrano chili
  3. 2 largetomatoes
  4. 1 mediumonion
  5. 1 can8oz tomatoe sauce
  6. 1/2lemon for juice
  7. 1/4 tspsugar
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 1/4 tsppepper
  10. 1/4 cupcilantro chopped

Cooking Instructions

    you boil the tomatoes, onion and serrano chilis until they are soft.

    peel skin off tomatoes,

  3. 3

    put all ingredients into a blender, blend just enough to liquefied.

  4. 4

    taste see if enough salt. if need to taste.

  5. 5

    pour into mason jar are old pickle jar

  6. 6

    let's set for 30 minutes before serving

Really good. It reminds me kind of of the free salsa they serve in Mexican restaurants. I think I will use a little less tomato sauce and more fresh tomato so that it's a lighter consistency the next time, however. One of the easiest/best salsa recipes I've found yet.
