Toffee Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

Stir together flour, baking soda and salt.

In separate bowl, beat both sugars, butter and vanilla until fluffly.

Add eggs and beat well.

Slowly add flour mixture, beating until well combined.

Stir in toffee bits.

Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls on prepared sheets.

Bake for 9-11 minutes.

Carefully remove cookies from pan and cool on a wire rack.
