Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare jalapeno peppers by cutting the tops off and slicing down one side of each one. Remove the seeds and spines of each one.
- 2
Clean & cut each chicken breast into at least 10 pieces for a total of 30 pieces. This is easier to do if the chicken is slightly frozen.
- 3
Cut the pound of bacon (15 slices) in half so you have 30 half slices
- 4
Stuff each Jalapeno with a piece of chicken, and then wrap it with a half slice of bacon. Secure it with a toothpick and place it on a baking sheet.
- 5
Pre-heat oven to 375 - 400 and place baking sheet on the center oven rack, and bake them for 45-60 minutes. I bake them until the bacon crisps up!

Day 3 of my week-long series on "Made-at-home Fast Food Favorites." Tonight I feature DQ's Flamethrower Chicken. This sandwich is typically made with bacon, but since I don't eat pork, I omitted it. Enjoy! :) ThatStecksyChef -

Heavenly Chicken Heavenly Chicken
This was posted online by Emma Puth. I was looking for something easy yet different because my son (a creature of habit) completely had us in a food rutt. This is wonderful! I should have crumbled the Ritz crackers more finely and either baked at a lower temp or took them out a bit earlier because they were very brown. However, it did not detract from the taste. Angela
