On a tray marinate chicken with 5 spice powder, salt and pour butter milk, keep it in fridge for 24 hrs or more

24 hrs latter, bring up to room temperature, add chilly powder and mix again,

Start to fry one by one in cast iron pan (70% cooking) mean while this time, cut potatoes 1 inch thick Julien, cut pea in to 1 inch long, and peel the garlic skin

Put chicken in baking try, add cutted pea, garlic, in the oil were we prepared chicken, cook it same as chicken, same way potato also, don't forget to season pea and potato

Now transfer the pea and potato to baking tray sprinkle olive oil, sesame seed, 5 spice powder, and bake it
