Masala Lemon Soda ( Soda sikanji)

In India I found this amazing drink in their street drinks.Very popular over there. It adds a zing to your taste buds & drinking this helps in digestion when you have a heavy meal. I requested a guy who was making this, he generously showed me how to. He used sugar syrup & concentrated lemon syrup. I replaced those with sugar & Foster Klark's lemon.

Fizzy Soda Tea Fizzy Soda Tea
We often make ice tea in cold water in the summer. I wondered what it would taste like made with clear soda. I tried it out, and the result was different from tea diluted with soda water - the tea flavor was rich and pronounced, resulting in a very enjoyable drink. You can use something like a sealable bento box to rest and steep the tea in instead of a container like the one in the photos.
